Apple finally invited media to a march 7 event which is expected as announcement for companies new tablet, iPad 3. Apple dominates tablet market as no other device out there that can surpasses iPad 2 on every level. But there is a long list of more efficient, powerful, feature rich but cheaper tablets in market. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab and Amazon’s Kindle Fire are the two most popular devices from where iPad faces a strong competition.

In recent years Smartphone and Tablet PC market boosted a lot and mobile phone manufacturing companies like Nokia, BlackBerry are send into dust by smartphone manufacturers Apple and Samsung. Not just by Tablet manufacturing companies Apple will also face a strong competition in operating system field by Google’s Android OS. The more and more delay in iPad 3 release date will tilt the scale in favor to Android OS. Taking these factors in mind Apple iPad will face a stiffer competition then its predators iPad 2.
