LG unveiled, the Arena KM900

LG has decided it best to go ahead and Launch its newest touchscreen handset The Arena KM900 is touted as LGs “flagship” mobile of 2009.

The body looks pretty standard for a modern smartphone. Very slim, and with an iPhone style touchscreen covering one entire side. The most out of the ordinary part so far is the “3D” S-Class UI, which uses a a cube-based layout. The user can switch screens within the 3D UI by turning from one face of the cube to the next.

It has a a large touchscreen believed to be 240 x 400 resolution, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 5-megapixel camera with the ability to record HD video.

The direct, intuitive and dynamic S-Class UI will be unlike anything that has appeared on a mobile phone before. With rich 3D graphics, touch sensitivity and exciting multimedia capabilities, it will truly make ARENA a fully loaded multimedia phone,” said Dr. Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
