Do you want to pay for only what you use
New TATA docomo is your answer because in this you dont have to pay for the extra secs. for you dont talk means this is a per sec charging company.TATA DOCOMO is Tata Teleservices Limited’s (TTSL) telecom service on the GSM platform-arising out of the Tata Group’s strategic alliance with Japanese telecom major NTT DOCOMO.
according to tata docomo "We are the first Mobile Service provider in India to have a ‘per second’ pulse. Unbelievable but true! So now if you talk for 67 seconds you pay for 67 seconds and not 2 minutes
because your mobile service provider doesn’t know how to count! As always a small step in our mission of changing the rules of the game."
The launch of the TATA DOCOMO brand marks a significant milestone in the Indian telecom landscape, as it stands to redefine the very face of telecoms in India. The service has only been intodced in select states namely ‘Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh’ and would slowly be expanded to other parts of nation.

Hei. Tariff details are scattered. Try to put them in a table.
And Tata Docomo is not the 1st one to offer per second call rate. It’s BPL mobile who offered per second pulse rate in India and I have used it b4.
