Send Sms to your cell phone now By outlook

CaptureHow do you feel when you are in office and you office firewall doesnot allow you to open any website by which you can send messages and the only way out there is outlook the same i am having right now  so if you want to  access that services outlook will do it for you. 

It is also a convenient way to send phone numbers, short messages, reminders, and other important stuff to your cell phone so you can store it or share it.For example you can use this service to send reminder or mobile numbers when you are busy on mails and don’t have time to save it on mobile.

You can send e-mail to anybody, as long as their cell phone supports Short Message Service (SMS). The one thing you have to do is just follow this simple process :

  1. Create a new e-mail message.
  2. In the To text box, enter the cell phone number using the following syntax:
  3. Create a message of 160 characters or less. Or attach a .jpg file, if the cell phone supports multimedia.
  4. Send the e-mail.

If you don’t know the cell phone’s service carrier, visit or, and enter the 10-digit cell phone number using the reverse lookup feature. If you’re lucky, it’ll list the carrier. If the carrier’s domain isn’t listed above, check its Web site.

Note:Keep in mind that text messages aren’t always free. The recipient might be charged for the message.

    please solve my problem :

    We are using Squid Proxy Server for Internet connection / Sharing in our organization. But it is not allowing to send / receive any pop3 mail through outlook express or ms outlook.

    As of now we are accessing internet and webmail directly

    Server : Centos Linux
    Proxy : Squid
    Firewall status : Switched Off
    Port : enabled

    Please help me ….
