Never used any other Spyware program except Windows Defender, which is in built in my Vista Ultimate. It works quite good.

I’ve tried Spybot and I had a bad experience with it. Now I use Super Anti Spyware Pro version and it gives me 100% security from Spywares.
Kaspersky Anti Virus and Super Anti Spyware makes a great combination.
I have used Avast. It is superb. It really works well. you can try that.
