Windows Vista and Windows 7 has got built in integrated XPS document Writer and if Microsoft Office 2007 has XPS plugin which allows users to create XPS files. You can view XPS files with Windows XPS viewer available for Vista and 7, but if you has Windows XP operating system then you need to convert these files to PDF. There are some online tools too to view XPS files.

XPS files generally open in Internet Explorer and one need to have .NET framework 3.0 and higher to open those documents, though there are some Mozilla Firefox add-on to open it in Firefox. You can convert XPS files to PDF and then in DOC formats.

Convert XPS to PDF file:

• Open XPS file in Internet Explorer. Download XPS viewer add on for IE if you not have one.
• Now install CutePDF Printer to create PDF files. This virtual printer installs a “printer subsystem” on your PC. This will virtually allows Windows applications to create professional quality PDF documents.
• Now you need to open your .XPS file and go to File and Print, select PDF from the printers list. Now click on Print, this will convert XPS file to PDF file. Now your file is ready to save as PDF.

To create your QR code:-

1. Click on QR Code Generator site.
2. Select “Wifi network”in the Drop-down
3. Enter your SSID (network name)
4. password and network encryption type (WPA/WPA2)
Once you click the Generate button, you’ll get a QR code image which you can save and print or embed it on a webpage.To Connect to your WiFi Network, your Friends will need to install Barcode Scanner Application on their Android Phone, so that they can Scan the QR Code, that you generated or Created.

If someone uses another QR code scanner he won’t be able to connect to your network. He will just see your SSID and password in plain text.

All you need to do is when you are browsing the YouTube and when you want your video to start just right click anywhere in the video and click the item from the option that says “Copy video URL at current time”.

you will get some url like “http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dv4j4bguYYk&feature=player_detailpage#t=51s”

so if you under stand the code the last few characters “t=51s” define from what time your video has to be started. Earlier it was also possible with the t parameter but now adding them to the video on right click they have made it much more easy.

Then i came across an add-on of Firefox which let you do the part or full page screen shots of any web pages.

Like this you can take a whole webpage as a png or jpg file.

What you need to do is that

1. Go to the add-on page on this link  https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3408/and install the add-on

2. Restart your browser and when you have to take screen shot right click on the page

3. Select save as image option

You can also adjust the area by selecting the yellow area of the page. So your selection of what to print or of what you have to take screen shots is now easily customizable with this add-on.

but even after much advise we forget to take a break and keep stick to the system.
